Ivermectin I.P. – 5 mg

Parid Pour-On is an Ivermectin 5 mg/ml topical solution formulated to provide control of both internal and external parasites. 

Clinical Description

Parid Pour-On is a veterinary broad-spectrum endectocidal preparation designed for convenient topical application. Ivermectin acts on the nervous system of susceptible parasites, causing paralysis and death.

The pour-on formulation allows parasite control without injection and provides activity against important gastrointestinal and respiratory worms as well as external parasites. Product information describes protection against cattle reinfection for up to 35 days in certain parasite-control contexts. 

Indications / Uses

Parid Pour-On is indicated for the treatment and control of susceptible internal and external parasitic infestations, including:

Roundworms • Lungworms • Grubs • Sucking Lice • Biting Lice • Mange Mites

Product information also states control of horn flies (Haematobia irritans) for up to 28 days after dosing. 

Dosage & Administration

Recommended dosage:

1 ML per 10 kg body weight

Apply topically along the topline in a narrow strip from the withers to the tailhead.
