Clinical Description

HITEK Bolus is a veterinary broad-spectrum antiparasitic medicine containing Ivermectin. Ivermectin belongs to the macrocyclic lactone class and acts on susceptible parasites by disrupting nerve and muscle activity, causing paralysis and elimination.

The 80 MG bolus is designed for convenient oral administration in large animals and provides activity against susceptible internal nematodes and several external parasites. 

Indications / Recommended Uses

HITEK Bolus is used for treatment and control of susceptible:

• Gastrointestinal roundworms / nematodes
• Lungworms
• Cattle grubs
• Lice
• Mites and mange-associated parasites
• Other susceptible internal and external parasites. 

Dosage & Administration

Recommended Ivermectin dose: 200 MCG/KG body weight

Equivalent to:

Large Animals: 1 HITEK Bolus (80 MG) per 400 KG body weight

Route: Oral administration. 

Dose according to accurate body weight and veterinary advice.

Possible Adverse Effects
