Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the highest satisfaction and clinical efficacy across all Rayavets services.

1. Consultation Cancellations

Appointments cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot are eligible for a 100% full refund credited to your Rayavets Wallet or original payment method within 3-5 business days. No-shows or cancellations within 30 minutes of the slot may incur a nominal doctor reservation fee.

2. Medicine Returns & Cold-Chain Exclusions

To preserve biological efficacy and prevent adulteration, temperature-sensitive vaccines and cold-chain items (2-8°C) are non-returnable once safely delivered with unbroken seal verification. Non-temperature-controlled accessories, grooming products, and undamaged supplies can be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed automatically via Razorpay directly to the source account or Rayavets Instant Credit Wallet.
