Welcome to Rayavets. By accessing our platform, booking clinical appointments, or purchasing veterinary medications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Prescription Policy (Rx)

Schedule H, H1, and X veterinary drugs strictly require a valid prescription issued by a Veterinary Council of India (VCI) registered veterinarian. Orders placed for Rx-restricted items will be verified by our certified pharmacists prior to dispatch.

2. Teleconsultation Scope

Video consultations provide medical advice, preliminary triage, and supportive therapy recommendations. In critical, life-threatening trauma emergencies, patients must immediately utilize our 24x7 Emergency Mobile ICU or visit the nearest physical hospital.

3. Multi-Vendor Marketplace

Vendors, dispensaries, and clinical branches hosted on Rayavets are independent certified business entities bound by strict quality, WHO-GMP, and temperature-controlled storage standards.
