Composition / Active Ingredients

Each ML contains:

Sodium Acid Phosphate – 400 mg
Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 100 mcg

Clinical Description

P-Phos M is a veterinary injectable phosphorus and Vitamin B12 preparation designed for rapid nutritional and metabolic support in animals with phosphorus deficiency, reproductive problems, muscular weakness and metabolic disorders. The manufacturer describes its phosphorus concentration as 40% (double strength) and notes that inorganic phosphorus is rapidly absorbed into the blood. 

Indications / Uses

P-Phos M Injection is indicated for phosphorus deficiency, reproductive failure, puerperal disorders, underdeveloped genitalia, delayed maturity, failure to exhibit oestrus, low conception rate and supportive treatment of sterility. 

It is also recommended for post-parturient haemoglobinuria, muscular weakness, rough/staring hair coat, low milk yield, poor growth, delayed maturity and metabolic disorders. 

Dosage & Administration

Large Animals: 5–10 ML
Small Animals: 2.5–5 ML

Route: IM, IV or SC
