Key Benefits
ALBOMAR provides broad-spectrum deworming activity in a micronised oral suspension. Its spectrum covers major groups of susceptible internal parasites including nematodes, cestodes and trematodes, making it useful in livestock deworming programs when Albendazole is appropriate.
Precautions
Administer according to accurate body weight and veterinary advice. Avoid unnecessary repeated deworming with the same anthelmintic class because inappropriate use can contribute to anthelmintic resistance.
Special caution is required regarding use during pregnancy, particularly early gestation. For food-producing animals, follow the current product label for applicable milk and meat withdrawal periods.
Possible Adverse Effects
Albendazole is generally well tolerated at recommended veterinary doses. Some animals may experience temporary reduced appetite, lethargy or gastrointestinal disturbance.
Seek veterinary advice if persistent vomiting, diarrhoea, unusual behaviour or other significant reactions occur.
Storage
Store below 30°C, protected from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
Important Warning
FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY.
Use according to veterinary advice. Correct species, body weight, parasite type and dosage should be considered before administration. Observe the current label's withdrawal requirements in food-producing animals.
