Composition – Each ml Contains:

Clinical Description:
Gynarich contains buserelin, a potent synthetic analogue of natural gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It stimulates the anterior pituitary to release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), thereby influencing follicular development, ovulation and ovarian activity. It is used in veterinary reproductive-management and fertility protocols. 

Indications / Recommended Uses:
Gynarich is used under veterinary supervision for reproductive conditions and programs including delayed ovulation, cystic ovarian disorders, repeat breeding, ovulation induction, improvement of conception rate and estrus/ovulation synchronization protocols. It may also be incorporated into protocols intended to improve reproductive performance in cattle and buffaloes. 

Dosage & Administration:
A commonly documented dose in cattle and buffalo reproductive protocols is 2.5 ml (10 mcg buserelin) by intramuscular injection. Published bovine studies have used Gynarich 2.5 ml IM after insemination and as the GnRH component of synchronization protocols.
